Prices, Payment and Charges
We take care to ensure products are priced correctly on our website, but occasionally pricing errors may occur. If we have made an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, our customer service team will contact you. You may have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price (subject to availability), however Vanilla Boutique is under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was mistakenly advertised at an incorrect price.
Please note: prices for products on our website may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Vanilla Boutique endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in all our stores. However, from time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchases from Vanilla Boutique online that do not apply in stores, or vice versa. Additionally, items offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within stores and individual prices may apply. Please check the terms of the relevant offer.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate and correct at the time of entering the information on to the system.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition at checkout.
Should you choose to cancel or return products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price, you will be refunded for the products at the price charged at the checkout. Please note: you are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy when returning products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price.
Order Cancellation Prior To Dispatch
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please visit our Contact Us page.
It is our policy to try to process order cancellations immediately; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to certain products as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Occasionally items become unavailable due to many reasons including items being picked directly from store. We are very sorry if you receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email saying that an item is unavailable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all items in your order, we will still send any other items you've ordered and adjust the total cost.
We may be unable to fulfil your order due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- one or more products in your order are unavailable;
- we are unable to process payment for your order, or your chosen payment method has not been successful;
- we have identified a pricing or product description error;
- there is a system or procurement failure/failed customer validation checks;
- you fail to meet our order eligibility criteria or have failed to comply with our terms.
If we are unable to accept your order, our customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect that your order may be in contravention of any applicable law, including but not limited to any international sanctions in place. By placing an order on the platform, you hereby agree and warrant that you: (i) will not export or otherwise transport any products to Russia; (ii) will not make the products available for use in Russia; and/ or (iii) are not a person connected with Russia (being a person located in Russia, ordinarily resident in Russia or an association of any such person).
Order Process
All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:
You will be given the opportunity to confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to let you know that we have received your order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Vanilla Boutique will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately. This is confirmation and acceptance of your order.
A gift message facility is available on certain orders and is available for your own personal and strictly non-commercial use. We do not take any responsibility for the contents of messages communicated by you to a third party. Where you use this facility you agree that your message will not include any content that could be construed as defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, offensive, harassing, threatening, vulgar or which could cause embarrassment or distress to any person. You agree not to impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers.
Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation of your order. Where we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We do not guarantee that the product images you see on our website are an accurate representation; occasionally, colours may differ from the images shown on the website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings. We feature products that have been carefully selected for sale on the Vanilla Boutique website. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement product has a higher price, you will be liable to pay for the difference in price. If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel the whole order, or cancel the relevant parts and proceed with the transaction.

You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms by you.
