Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 working days of receipt.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS
- You are legally entitled to cancel your contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you take physical possession of the items. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your order. Your cancellation will be considered timely if you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
- We will fully refund your order, without unnecessary delay after we receive it back from you. Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will apply. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned items.
- No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size or another piece, please re-order the item and your original order will be refunded once received.
- Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item. (please do not wash the item)
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Generally refunds take up to 5 days to be deposited to your account, depending on the bank.

If you wish to return your online order in the physical Boutique, please fill the enclosed form sent with your order.
If you purchase anything in our PHYSICAL Boutique and you wish to return an item, you’re only entitled to a credit note.
