Sometimes we may deliver your items separately to get them to you quicker, we will communicate this to you via email.

If you wish to return your online order in the physical Boutique, please fill the enclosed form sent with your order. You may visit us in store and a staff member will assist with the refund.

Unfortunately due to the quick selling nature of stock, exchange is not possible on items. If looking for another size or another piece, please re-order the item and your original order will be refunded once returned to us.

We are not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty or if for some reason, you have received an incorrect order. All faulty/damaged items must be reported to us within 1 working days of receiving the garment.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Generally refunds take up to 5 days to be deposited to your account, depending on the bank.

Our popular items can sell out quickly, we generally carry a limited run of stock as this provides more exclusivity to our customers. We do restock select items and in some instances you may preorder them.

We do not have a universal size guide due to the variety of products, cuts and materials. All sizes on our website are listed in standard Irish/UK sizing and are sized by our expert team.
